“I was deployed to Idalia with 30 other adjusters through Crawford, about half of the adjusters were new.
At the end of week 1 they cut our crew in half. 15 people went home, and only myself and two others from [popular training school] survived out of the new adjusters. Week 3 they cut our crew down to 7 people, and somehow, I was the only new adjuster they let stay, even the [popular training school] people had to leave.
At the end of it all the lead manager said he was impressed with my work and attitude and said I was on his personal first call list. I can confidently say that without Adjuster TV I wouldn't have been allowed to stay on the storm. “The FTD program gave me the tools I needed to be able to schedule my claims on a CAT deployment in an easy to use and organized manner.
I was actually deployed two weeks after the course for Hurricane Ian and the initial stress of scheduling and organizing my week was greatly reduced for me by using Matt's system.
The first week after I scheduled my 45 claims I got an email from the deployment director praising my diary notes in Xactanalysis!

“I got deployed for Ian…and a couple of days after driving to Florida, I was given 50 claims to start with NO ORIENTATION.
I triaged and scheduled inspections for all 50 and started with 1 claim a day for the first 2 days…2 for the next two days [and so on]. This is a little quicker than you typically say, but I felt confident.
I've been submitting claims the day I inspect them for the most part, never letting them go more than the following day and they are getting closed.
I honestly thought I was going slow. Especially since this was my first storm…But I got a call from the owner of the IA firm tonight and he asked if I'm ready for more claims!
I said, "You know I've only submitted about 18 claims, right?"
He said, "Yeah, that's more than most of my guys so far…some of these guys go and inspect 6 to 10 a day for 3 days and have only submitted 1 or 2 claims so far or still haven't submitted a single claim yet."
He told me I was submitting quality claims with little to no issues and it looks better numbers-wise to the carrier and him.
(I took the additional claims, of course!)
I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your knowledge because it has helped me directly with my dailies and my first CAT deployment.
When I was given the 50 claims I was told, "Churn and burn as many a day as possible" but I am glad I took my time to learn how the carrier wanted the claims closed, [first].

“There's no big, red ‘easy button’ to hit and all of a sudden be successful in anything. The real value is in the process - the 2% here, the 3% there…then, by the end of the day, you have fabulous value.
That's what's offered here: the process. The baseline workflow that if you just do and stick to it, it's pretty hard to fail.
If you’re just dipping your toe in the water, this isn’t for you…but if you’ve investigated this career and you’re ready to go for real and get it done…I’ve looked into a lot of things that were purportedly a ‘fast track’ but they were 90 days or better! I just didn’t want to spend that kind of time. I wanted the actual fast track and this [program] was it.
Do your background on the people you’re thinking of spending this kind of money on for training and see what value they’ve already offered the industry. [AdjusterTV] has offered tens of thousands of hours by this point to put out this content.
I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciate that Matt is always generating value for others before receiving it for himself…it was already clear that this program was of great value and probably - truth be known - a little bit underpriced.
